The work on macrocyclic molecule thermoelectrics, in collaboration with Professors Wenjing Hong and Junyang Liu from Xiamen University, has been accepted by CCS Chemistry.

Congratulations to our group's first two PhD graduates, Dr Ping ZHOU and Dr Ting PAN, on successfully defending their dissertations. Over five years, they grew with the group from scratch, worked hard, made outstanding contributions, and became a key force in our early development.

The collaborative work with Professor Hao Li, titled “A Self-Assembled Cage Binds Xenon via Xe–F Dispersion Interactions”, was published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society.

We held the 2025 Annual Work Summary Meeting, where all 12 group members delivered detailed year-end work reports. The group's Academic Star award was presented to Yaxuan Zhang, and the Contribution Award was given to Yaqi Zhang and Ting Pan. Congratulations to them and thanks for their great contribution to the group. Happy Chinese New Year!

The article "Tunable Multistate Mechanoresistance in A Single-molecule Junction Incorporating Energy-dissipative Structures" was accepted by Angewandte Chemie.

Professor Vitor Brasiliense from CNRS in France visted our group and gave a lecture on nanoscale surface modification.

The article "Highly Conductive Single-Molecule Junctions through Electrocatalytic Formation of Benzyl-type Au‒C Bonds" was published in Nature Communications.

Ting Pan received the Best Poster Award at the "Joint Conference of Calixarenes & Cucurbiturials 2025".

The article "An Electric Molecular Faraday Cage" was published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society.

An review article titled 'π–π Stacked Supramolecular Dimers in Molecular Electronics' was published in Trends in Chemistry.

Yaxuan Zhang received the Best Poster Award at "The 1st National Conference on Surface and Interface Science of the Chinese Chemical Society".

The collaborative work with Professor Hao Li, titled “A Conformationally Adaptable Tetrahedral Cage with Different Guest Encapsulation Models”, was published in Chemical Science.

The article "Single-Electron Catalysis of Reversible Cycloadditions under Nanoconfinement" was accepted by Journal of the American Chemical Society.
